From the App Store, it said I needed an update four times this week. Trying to open the app itself does the same thing.

It makes the open noise, I get a brief glimpse at either a blue black screen or even the video itself… then back to the Apple TV menu. But with this one device, I have tried everything! Removed it, updated it, updated the Apple TV device, changed networks, changed back, hard shut downs on everything including the tv… everything the help pages, forums and bots tell me to do.Įven in Apple TV app on ‘continue watching’ shelf, I can see what I last watched on Disney on my other Apple devices, but I can’t open it. Occasionally the app willl not open on one or more devices, hinting there is an update. It works beautifully on all but one Apple TV. I have the app on two phones, two tablets, and three Apple TVs.
